This course is being hosted by CityCo for the benefit of their members and other businesses located in the city centre. Anyone can book on the course. Booking and payment must be done via this page. A receipt will be automatically emailed to you from PayPal and we can also send an invoice/receipt with a your purchase order number if required. Once booked, there are no refunds or date changes unless the course does not go ahead and then 100% will be refunded. Sign-in/security: please add attendee names in the box when booking or email them to us after booking.
Requalification course: Please email us the current certificate: we must see it before we can issue a new one. We will have it on our system if you were on our course 3 years ago. The 2 day first aid requal course can be attended 3 months before and 1 month after the expiry date on the current certificate. Any remaining time is added to the new certificate.

Example First Aid Course Certificate First Aid certificates are usually emailed within 24 hours of course completion. If urgent, we can email it on the same day the course finishes. Certificates remain available online for 5 years. It is free to view/download whenever required. Fraud protection: all our certificates display a unique validation link for employers or inspectors to quickly check it is valid. Photo on First Aid certificate? If needed for your employer or for working overseas, we can take your photo while you are on the course and add it to your First Aid certificate. |
2 Day First Aid Course Details |

2 day re-qualification course. The price includes all materials, certificate, first aid manual, and the final assessment. HSE Compliant. IMPORTANT: Learners must have a valid First Aid at Work certificate that is within 3 months before expiry and 1 month after expiry. Learners are requalified from the same date on the certificate +3 years so no time is gained or lost by coming back early or late. If coming back after the expiry date the person is not a qualified first aider during the 30 days grace period. NOTE: this course now includes the Emergency Paediatric First Aid course syllabus. The certificate is valid for both qualifications.
On completion of training successful candidates should be able to: Understand the role of the first aider including reference to: Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious (including seizure) Administer CPR including using an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) Administer first aid to a casualty who is choking Administer first aid to a casualty who is wounded or bleeding Administer first aid to a casualty who is suffering from shock Administer first aid to a casualty with injuries to bones, muscles and joints, including suspected spinal injuries Administer first aid to a casualty with burns & scalds Administer first aid to a casualty with eye injuries Administer first aid to a casualty with sudden poisoning Administer first aid to a casualty with anaphylactic shock Recognise the presence of major illness and provide appropriate first aid (including heart attack, stroke, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes) Provide appropriate first aid for minor injuries (including small cuts, grazes, bruises, minor burns and scalds, small splinters)
